Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Slither Arena (“the App”) handles information. The App is published under the developer identity associated with the App Store listing (bundle ID com.prochonost.slitherarena).

1. Summary

• We do not require an account to play.
• Progress is stored on your device (local storage).
• This build does not include third-party ads or analytics SDKs.
• We do not sell personal data.

2. Information we collect

On-device game data (not uploaded by the App in this version):

• Scores, levels, coins, unlocks, settings, daily rewards, achievements
• Optional preferences such as language, sound, haptics, and joystick side

This data stays on your device via standard iOS local storage (for example, UserDefaults). Uninstalling the App typically deletes this data.

3. Information we do not collect

• Name, email, or account credentials inside the game
• Precise location for gameplay
• Contacts, photos, microphone, camera (not requested for core play)
• Advertising ID for tracking (this build does not implement App Tracking Transparency prompts)

4. Sharing features

If you use the in-game “Share Card” feature, the system share sheet may send an image/text you choose to another app (Messages, social apps, etc.). That sharing is controlled by you and the destination app’s privacy policy. The App does not upload the share card to our servers.

5. Third-party services

Apple may process install, crash, and store-related data under Apple’s privacy policy when you download or use apps from the App Store / TestFlight. We do not control Apple’s processing.

6. Children

The App is intended as a general-audience cartoon arcade game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through a future update, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Data retention & deletion

Local game progress remains until you clear app data or uninstall. Because progress is device-local in this version, deleting the App is the primary way to remove that data.

8. Security

We use standard platform protections for on-device storage. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the App changes (for example, if analytics or accounts are added). The “Last updated” date will change, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
